I am a passionate health coach, and I specialize in habit change. This method is effective because when you change your self sabotaging habits, you will change your life. Often times we continually go on the same diets over and over again, and we end up gaining the weight back and more.

I offer a 90-Day Weight Loss Resistance Discovery Program that gets to the root of why we can’t lose weight. There are “The Big 5” things that need to be in alignment to help us move through life more effortlessly. When these 5 things are not in balance some of us use food, alcohol, and consumerism as coping mechanisms.
